An Evening of Mutual Neurodivergent Info Dumping

This event is for neurodivergent individuals interested in meeting other neurodivergent individuals/creating community by creating a space for them to talk about their special interests and hyperfixations. This is an intergenerational event, so all ages are welcome.

After a brief welcome, the first hour will be dedicated to mutual info dumping. Five people who have agreed to share beforehand (and possibly one person who wants to sign up on on the spot) will be alloted 7 minutes to talk about their special interest/hyperfixation of choice.

The remaining half hour will be an open time to allow folks to talk to each other, allowing those who didn’t share to meet other folks too. I may have some way to organize/facilitate this conversation to help people feel more comfortable.

I hope people will have fun talking about the things they’re passionate about, and hopefully make some friends in the process 🙂

We will meet in person on Thursday, February 15th from 5:30-7:00pm at Shelterwood Collective.

Kristin Boscaljon

As a neurodivergent therapist working with neurodivergent clients, I know how lonely the neurodivergent experience can be for some. I want to provide a social space where folks feel like it’s easier to leave their mask at the door. It’s important to celebrate our neurodiversity, and this is one way I hope to accomplish that.
