Soulfull Sessions: October Edition

  • Shelterwood Collective 108 South Jackson Street Seattle, WA, 98104 United States (map)

Join us for a monthly gathering of soul-centered community.

Why Soulfull Sessions?

As someone who leads with purpose, I crave a space to look inward, find meaning, and connect with like-minded seekers. I loved the simple rituals that made reflection and community a regular part of my week growing up in a church. But, outside of religion, where do we go to receive guidance, meaning, and connection to what guides each of us? This is how Soulfull Sessions was born.

Each month we gather to reflect, connect, and grow. Each month explores a different theme with guest co-hosts who bring a teaching or offering. And, just like Sunday church, every Soulfull Session ends with time to hang out over coffee and donuts.

October's Theme: Embracing the Changing Season with Ritual

As the days grow shorter and nature's rhythms shift, we invite you to journey inward and find a new rhythm for yourself that embraces the changing season. We will connect with inner stillness through meditation and gentle movement. Our guest co-host Jacqueline Cuayo of Luna Soul Care & Rituals will guide us in exploring how to bring rituals into our daily life for more presence and intentionality.

This is part of a monthly series. To join the email list for future gatherings, email hello@lyndajlopez.com

Registration

$22 exchange to cover space, facilitation, and refreshments

Collective members receive $5 off with code (located in member area).

Who is this for?

Anyone who is interested in connecting to their deeper why and with others also doing so. You might consider yourself spiritual or not spiritual, you may do work that aligns with your purpose or not. So long as you are curious and open to the conversation, you are welcome!

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! Because we have limited space, just make sure to reserve a spot for each of you.

Where do I park?

There is free two-hour parking on the streets on Sundays. There are also plenty of garages nearby. Keep in mind that this coincides with a Seahawks home game and people tend to come early, so give yourself extra time to find parking or consider taking public transit.

Lynda Lopez

Coach & Facilitator

I have found my calling as a hopeless advocate for you finding yours.

I believe that every one of us is guided, and that the fastest way to this knowing is within. Call it your gut, your intuition, the Universe or God- it has an intelligence that when we tap into it leads to our deepest satisfaction and that is of greatest good for all.

This soul journey has led me through many evolutions- from a career traveling the country as a racial justice policy advocate to a solopreneur helping people make their spaces a beautiful expression of themselves. It is an honor to now hold space for and support other soul-centered seekers to their pursuit of what brings them the most fulfillment. My favorite thing is being a mirror for my client’s dreams, their inherent worthiness and power, and to tune them into the wisdom already within themselves.
