A mentor once told me, “If you aren’t laughing, joking, and having a good time, then you aren’t doing therapy!” I like to think that I take this work seriously, but not too seriously : ) Besides, therapy is so cool - how could you not be excited?!?

I’m a medium fat cis woman who immigrated from France and discovered her purpose in her 30’s. I enjoy working with adults who are ready to heal from diet trauma, make peace with food and their bodies. I help people reconnect with the wisdom of their emotions, befriend anxiety and depression. I also support partners who find themselves stuck in unhelpful cycles.
Kim Warnick, LMHC
Mental Health Therapist & Clinical Supervisor
Let's imagine that therapy is like tending to a garden. Together we'll discover what’s getting in the way of your flourishing: maybe you’ve inherited some weeds, or you’ve had some rough weather, or perhaps you’ve understood yourself as a crappy violet and we’ll discover you’re actually a stunning orchid? I’ll support you with wisdom and care as you discern what to let go of or grow. As a therapist I am deeply kind, warm, playful, and systems-minded. I am particularly knowledgeable in the areas of late-identified neurodivergence (ADHD / Autism), narcissistic abuse, LGBTQIA+ identity, and gardening metaphors.
Anjali D’Souza, MA, LMHCA, MHP
