Michael Dunbry, MA, LMHC, NCC, CMHS
Child & Family Therapist
A mentor once told me, “If you aren’t laughing, joking, and having a good time, then you aren’t doing therapy!” I like to think that I take this work seriously, but not too seriously : ) Besides, therapy is so cool - how could you not be excited?!?
Kim Warnick, LMHC
Mental Health Therapist & Clinical Supervisor
Let's imagine that therapy is like tending to a garden. Together we'll discover what’s getting in the way of your flourishing: maybe you’ve inherited some weeds, or you’ve had some rough weather, or perhaps you’ve understood yourself as a crappy violet and we’ll discover you’re actually a stunning orchid? I’ll support you with wisdom and care as you discern what to let go of or grow. As a therapist I am deeply kind, warm, playful, and systems-minded. I am particularly knowledgeable in the areas of late-identified neurodivergence (ADHD / Autism), narcissistic abuse, LGBTQIA+ identity, and gardening metaphors.
Rachel Gilchrist, LMHCA, MEd

Taking that first step in seeking help for yourself can be so difficult. I'm so happy you are here. I utilize somatic, psychoanalytic, and person centered models as we work through all the ways we feel not ok. I specialize in ERP and DBT for anxiety disorders. Together we will calm and quiet the anxieties of your body and mind, and explore new styles of being and relating.
