While conversant in talk therapies, Pamela understands the benefits of, and offers experiments in, multiple forms of creative expression that can support deep inner work in ways that talk alone may not fulfill. She believes that all human beings are innately and uniquely creative in ways that can support insight, growth, discovery, and healing.

Mental Health Therapist & Clinical Supervisor
Let's imagine that therapy is like tending to a garden. Together we'll discover what’s getting in the way of your flourishing: maybe you’ve inherited some weeds, or you’ve had some rough weather, or perhaps you’ve understood yourself as a crappy violet and we’ll discover you’re actually a stunning orchid? I’ll support you with wisdom and care as you discern what to let go of or grow. As a therapist I am deeply kind, warm, playful, and systems-minded. I am particularly knowledgeable in the areas of late-identified neurodivergence (ADHD / Autism), narcissistic abuse, LGBTQIA+ identity, and gardening metaphors.
Rachel Gilchrist, LMHCA, MEd
