Psychotherapist

(she/her)

I work with adults and adolescents facing challenges with self-esteem, relationships, boundary setting, life transitions, and anxiety. I also specialize in treating ADHD, OCD, and body-focused repetitive behaviors. I provide a supportive environment for clients to practice skills designed to enhance personal, relational, and professional satisfaction.

My approach to counseling is evidence-based and client-centered. I hold the belief that every person is inherently good, lovable, capable, and resilient; thus, I draw upon the client’s perception and wisdom to inform the use of interventions. I believe in the importance of collaboration throughout the therapeutic process.

My education includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern Utah University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Antioch University Seattle. Additionally, I did a one year internship followed by a one year externship at Seattle Pacific University’s Counseling Center. I am a graduate of TLC's Virtual Professional Training Institute for body focused repetitive behaviors. I am L2 trained in Lifespan Integration. I have extensive training and experience in treating ADHD from my work at the Hallowell Todaro ADHD Center.

In my spare time I enjoy traveling, playing guitar, snowboarding, training with my dog, spending time with friends and family, and taking advantage of all the Pacific Northwest has to offer. I can often be found perusing Seattle’s many weekend markets.
