Format

This is a virtual experience. The workshop will open with instruction and shift to journal exploration, application, and embodiment practices.

Bring a journal and join from your computer (versus phone) to best view the workshop material. No prior experience with Human Design needed, but we recommend that you look up your HD chart before the workshop at mybodygraph.com.

Harumi LaDuke

Harumi LaDuke (she/her) empowers individuals to transform their lives by embodying intuition. She guides individuals to catalyze self-confidence, peacefully navigate stress and burnout, and pursue deep fulfillment and impact. Her holistic approach is informed by diverse certifications and personal healing experiences. She helps clients trust themselves in any situation and live a beautiful life, transcending challenges and embracing delight.

Certifications include: Inner Voice Facilitation, Past Life Facilitation, Emotional Freedom Techniques, PSYCH-K Advanced and Master Facilitation, Reiki Master Practitioner, Emotion Code, Pranic Healing, and Theta Healing. Additional training and significant experience include: Human Design, psychic mediumship, trauma-informed somatic practices, culturally responsive pedagogy, energy work, intuitive coaching, and 20 years experience as an educator. She earned a B.A. in English Literature and Creative Writing, Music from Dartmouth College and a Masters in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University.
