When we’re holding a lot taking a moment to pause or reset can feel totally unrealistic, out of reach, or even ridiculous - yeah right, like that’s going to help? And when we’re witnessing horror and tragedy, it can feel like we don’t deserve it.
It’s OK to need support to reconnect with your body and reset your nervous system.
We believe community is our medicine and in this spirit, we are offering a monthly mini reset gathering to:
soften our nervous systems
connect with our inner wisdom
learn easeful practices (not meditation)
practice presence

This offering is FREE and all are welcome! We gather virtually on Zoom.
Our rhythm of gathering is the first Sunday of each month from 10-11am PST and this container is held by facilitators Harumi LaDuke, Lynda Lopez, and Nicole Greenwald.
Please RSVP to let us know you’ll be joining us this month. We’ll send an email the evening before the gathering with Zoom access.
