Is the way you drink not working for you?
Resolution: Reimagine is a six-week virtual therapy group for those seeking a more mindful relationship with alcohol.
The goal of this group is to:
Offer support, community, and space for healing as each member explores and challenges their relationship with how they drink
Utilize a trauma-informed and intersectional harm-reduction model to encourage each participant to understand their personal goals for the role alcohol plays in their life
Welcome people who are sober and non-sober, and anyone committed to honest conversations about how they drink
Please note: This group is not designed for folks experiencing active moderate to severe substance-use disorder.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor
With a robust mental health career spanning 16 years, I have worked in private practice, higher education, and mental health nonprofits serving marginalized communities including disability services, unhoused community care, harm reduction resources for drug users, and eating disorder treatment access.
While I work with late adolescents and adults facing a broad spectrum of issues in their life, I specialize specifically in attachment & relationships, grief & loss, disordered eating & body liberation, and low-acuity alcohol dependence, harm-reduction, and boundaries & co-dependency — all with a trauma-focused lens. I am a LBGTQ+ ally and deeply committed to anti-oppressive work. I have been helped immeasurably by the therapeutic process in my own life, and it is my honor and privilege to do this sacred work.
