(FULL) Stop, Drop, and Rest: A Movement Workshop on Boundaries and Rest

  • Shelterwood Collective 108 South Jackson Street Seattle, WA, 98104 United States (map)

A One-Time Offering for Shelterwood Collective Members

This workshop intends to create a soulful space for Shelterwood practitioners and healers to deepen their relationship to boundaries and rest. Drama therapy, authentic movement, and restorative yoga are blended together to explore our energetic edges and discover how boundaries relate to connection.

This workshop includes group, dyad, and solo activities. You can expect to utilize your whole body to foster a deeper connection between your mind, heart, breath, and physical self. We will move around the space together to playfully locate intra and interpersonal boundaries through embodiment. Please note that the workshop will be made accessible for all physical needs, and you can reach out to the facilitator with any concerns or questions about accommodation.

We will complete the workshop with a deep, yoga-nidra style rest for reflection and integration.

Let’s dream into sustainable energetic boundaries together!
