Nicole Greenwald, LMHC
FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
PSYCHOTHERAPIST & CLINICAL SUPERVISORI am a creative who finds joy and meaning in gathering people together, experimentation, and generativity.
I grew up in South Florida and moved to Seattle in 2008. I love being in a city surrounded by water and natural beauty, being a regular at a handful of restaurants, and cooking for friends.
I have been in practice as a psychotherapist since 2010. I work from a depth-oriented, psychodynamic framework, included by embodiment, trauma-informed care, and critical social theory.
I have a background in business development and marketing with experience in non-profit management and higher education. I pull from this now as a strategist and organization consultant.
I am invested in supporting the development and flourishing of healing practitioners as clinical supervisor, mentor, and educator.
I co-founded Shelterwood Collective in 2011. It’s an honor to reimagine well-being and healthcare in community.

Sarah Rohrer
PRACTITIONER MANAGER
I grew up in South West Florida and currently reside in Memphis, TN. I live with my husband, Stephen and our beloved dog, Magnolia. I love being outside in the fresh air, the sound of the ocean, and being near the beach in Florida. I love organizing; self-care/skincare; and I’m slightly obsessed with my Nespresso machine and iced coffee.
I have a degree in Music Performance for Cello from UNF in Jacksonville, Florida. I also have a background as a makeup artist and combined my passion for music & makeup for weddings and events.
My administration leadership experience stems from managing in retail, nonprofit ministry, music offerings, and medical operations and insurance billing.
I have been a part of Shelterwood since 2021 and currently support the collective as the Practitioner Manager. I serve as a resource for members and lead our insurance, credentialing, and contracting realm.

Lauren Musladin
COMMUNITY MANAGER
I grew up in the SF Bay Area, however Seattle has been my home for almost 15 years. I live with my spouse and two young children in West Seattle and have a supportive community there. I love gardening and most anything active in nature, performing circus arts, watching live music, eating delicious new food, and snuggling with my family.
I have a varied background in backstage theater, restaurant management, learning & development, and more. I have always felt drawn to support others in their experience of life. I've held space as a birth/death/transformation doula and also as a peer support counselor for a circus-based group therapy program for women with trauma.
I have been connected to Shelterwood since early summer of 2022 and currently support the collective as the Community Manager. I curate our community rhythms, steward our physical space in Pioneer Square, and lead our matching service, referrals, and marketing outreach.
