Somatic Psychotherapist

Hello and thank you for being here!

As a somatic (body-based) therapist, I help people relearn how to listen to the hidden language of their bodies to find their way home to themselves. Whether you’re looking to address anxiety, depression, or trauma, or simply wanting someone to lend an ear, I can support you in reconnecting with your healing instincts.

The way I work is relational, meaning that I don’t assume the role of expert on your life experience; I am a fellow human offering warmth, curiosity, and the tools to help your own healing unfold. I value collaboration, sincerity, and transparency and I aim to show up with gentleness, humility, and solidarity. As someone who has also been through darkness, I hold deep respect for my clients and for the wonders of the healing process.

My therapeutic approach incorporates attachment and polyvagal theories, Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, and somatic Internal Family Systems. I also hold an ecological and collective liberation frame. For more details on what somatic work is and what happens in session, feel free to visit my website!

I identify as a white queer/pan cis woman with experience of disability. I am also a daughter, sister, and proud auntie, a dancer and a seeker with big feelings. I am inspired by movement, mystery, the ocean, and the wild.
