Psychotherapist

(she/they)

I am a queer therapist and I approach therapy through a collaborative and relational lens. I aim to offer support to clients in developing a deeper and more nuanced understanding of their emotional experiences, behavior patterns, and thought processes. Together, we will work to understand motivations and desires, relationship dynamics, and develop an increased sense of internal and relational security and safety. My goal is to help clients gain an understanding of who they are and what they need in the context of their relationships, systems, and environments.

My approach is psychodynamic, relationally oriented, and trauma informed. I believe it is in and through relationships that we can begin to experience connection and an understanding of ourselves and the things we need. My background includes working in residential treatment for eating disorders and working with LGBTQIA+ adults in an out-patient setting.

If you have any questions or would like to set up an initial free 15-minute consultation, please contact me via my email. I look forward to connecting with you.
