Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, Sex Therapist

(she/her)

Exploring your sexuality, intimacy, and relationships can be a deeply personal journey. I offer a warm and accepting space to support you in this exploration, whether you are navigating individual concerns or seeking to strengthen connections within your relationships. Specializing in LGBTQ+ affirming, kink-affirming, and non-monogamy affirming individual and relational counseling and sex therapy, I welcome you to bring your full self into our work together, meeting you with warmth and unconditional positive regard. I believe therapy should be flexible and responsive to your unique needs and circumstances. We will co-create an approach tailored to your goals, strengths, and experiences.

My approach is integrative with a foundation in attachment theory and draws from various modalities, including polyvagal, existential, CBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapies as well as the PLISSIT model for sex therapy. For relationship work, I incorporate elements of emotionally focused, developmental, and Gottman methods. I enjoy providing compassionate, trauma-informed, affirming care to welcome, validate, and empower you to make choices that align with your values. I specialize in supporting erotically marginalized clients and work with adult individuals, couples, and polycules to help with reconnection to desire, sexuality, intimacy, and identity.

My commitment to specialized training in sexuality led me to pursue advanced certificates in sex therapy and sex education at Antioch University Seattle, where I earned a master’s in mental health counseling with honors. My previous education experience includes dual bachelor’s degrees from The Evergreen State College in psychology and English, as well as years of training in a variety of wellness and social justice topics. I am a board-certified sexologist with the American Board of Sexology (ABS) and hold memberships with a variety of professional organizations, including AASECT and the ACA. My work is informed by social justice principles and a systemic perspective, considering each client's experience within their broader context.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family and curling up on rainy days with a coffee, book, and my pets – two floofy cats and a dog named Walter.
