Mini Reset

  • Shelterwood Collective 108 South Jackson Street Seattle, WA, 98104 United States (map)

We’re in a liminal space between summer and fall. This time of year tends to have a frenetic quality to it. This week alone the weather took a shift and kiddos and teachers went back to school. Chances are most of us are feeling scattered or strained.

In moments of overwhelm taking time to pause and reset can feel totally unrealistic, out of reach, or even ridiculous — yeah right, like that’s going to help?

This is exactly why we’re hosting this mini retreat. This Sunday Harumi LaDuke, Lynda Lopez, and Nicole Greenwald will hold space for us to soften our nervous systems, connect with our inner wisdom, and learn easeful practices that we can carry with us into this season.

This offering is free and all are welcome! We will gather virtually on Zoom.
