Psychotherapist

My approach to counseling is relational and collaborative. Together we may explore your attachment style, emotional landscape, unhealed psychological wounds, as well as unhelpful beliefs about yourself and the world around you. As human beings, our capacity to be present in this one life is central to our personal growth, change, and ability to connect with others and ourselves. I deeply believe that the counseling relationship has the potential to help us do that—to help us come home to ourselves.

A bit about me personally: I have a background in performing arts with a BFA from CSU Fullerton. I received my MA in counseling from The Seattle of Theology and Psychology. Post graduation, I have sought training in existential psychotherapy. Day to day, I practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and enjoy hanging out with my fur son, Pax.

I work with adults age 18+ in WA state.  I reserve the right to refer clients out at any point if/when I do not believe I am a good therapeutic fit for a client’s needs. I do not treat actively suicidal individuals or folks with complex psychosis at this time.
