Have you experienced moments where you felt lost and drained as your mind wandered through a labyrinth of self-doubt and uncertainty? I honor the inherent wisdom in each of us, and I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaboration between equals for the purpose of personal growth. I believe in each individual’s intrinsic value and that we are all worthy exactly as we are. My role as therapist encompasses that of a teacher, student, companion, witness, and guide. My approach is warm, genuine, and strengths-based.

As a person and therapist, I value humor, warmth, and transparency. I work with adult clients (18+) with concerns ranging from stress around difficult life transitions to trauma-focused healing. I specialize in supporting clients struggling with disordered eating and negative body image. I love helping clients make peace with food and with their bodies. I’m a non-diet, fat-positive therapist and my work is aligned with Health At Every Size® (HAES®), intuitive eating, and body trust principles.
