Psychotherapist

(she/her)

Whatever season of life you may find yourself in, whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or loss, life is hard sometimes and we need others to walk with us so we don’t feel quite so alone.

In our work together, we will pay attention to your life, your formative relationships, your mind and self as we look to understand what your life is trying to tell you. Together we will discover a deeper understanding of how it feels to be you and explore the parts of you that may be yet unknown.

My therapeutic approach is based in object relations and relational psychoanalytic theory. You are welcome and encouraged to bring as much of yourself as you are able to our work together. This space and time is for you and about you. I will offer myself to you as well, my insights, experiences of you, and wonderings as we work together to discover the parts of you that are seeking to find a voice.

I received a BA in Film Studies from the University of Colorado and am currently completing an MA in Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology.

At Shelterwood Collective, I provide individual therapy for adults of all ages who find themselves in transition, dislocation, or disconnection.
