I provide a supportive environment for clients to practice skills designed to enhance personal, relational, and professional satisfaction.
Kim Warnick, LMHC
Mental Health Therapist & Clinical Supervisor
Let's imagine that therapy is like tending to a garden. Together we'll discover what’s getting in the way of your flourishing: maybe you’ve inherited some weeds, or you’ve had some rough weather, or perhaps you’ve understood yourself as a crappy violet and we’ll discover you’re actually a stunning orchid? I’ll support you with wisdom and care as you discern what to let go of or grow. As a therapist I am deeply kind, warm, playful, and systems-minded. I am particularly knowledgeable in the areas of late-identified neurodivergence (ADHD / Autism), narcissistic abuse, LGBTQIA+ identity, and gardening metaphors.
Rachel Gilchrist, LMHCA, MEd
Mental Health Therapist
Taking that first step in seeking help for yourself can be so difficult. I'm so happy you are here.
