Licensed Clinical Social Worker

(she/her)

I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and authentic environment that allows us to best harness your strengths. I believe people are resilient and have the ability to heal with the right tools and support. You are the expert of your own life, and I am here to provide gentle guidance along the way in your journey of self-discovery and growth. I help people work through both new and longstanding challenges, by building coping skills and unpacking the past experiences that inform your present.

I hold a degree in Master of Social Work from Eastern Washington University and a Perinatal Mental Health Certificate (PMH-C). I enjoy incorporating my training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat.

I am a native to the PNW. Outside of work, there are other identities that I have; some include Asian American, mother, wife, and a creative person. This provides me a lens of understanding of others that also share similar identities with the understanding that everyone’s journey is unique.
