Couples, Individual, and Family Therapist

(she/her)

I offer a supportive and compassionate space where healing and growth can flourish. My experience spans working with individuals exploring their identity outside high-control religions, families and individuals seeking closer, more authentic relationships, and couples aiming for a fulfilling sex life.

Navigating the challenges of redefining your identity or finding a sense of belonging outside past communities can be tough. I’m here to guide you through these complex emotions with warmth and understanding, helping you move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

As a trauma-informed Individual and Family Therapist, I bring a blend of empathy, humor, and hope to our sessions. I specialize in helping people embrace their sexuality with confidence, especially those recovering from the Evangelical Purity movement or facing issues like painful sex, desire discrepancy, or communication struggles. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your needs and desires.

I also support parents in navigating conversations about sexuality, gender identity, and developmental needs with their children. My approach is both heartfelt and practical, offering respectful and empowering guidance. If you’re ready to take the next step, reach out for a complimentary initial conversation to see how we can work together toward your goals and hopes for the future.
