Art Therapist & Mental Health Counselor

In both art and art therapy, "learning how to see" means looking deeper—both inward and outward. It's not about art skills but about the process of creating and discovering meaning. Art can help uncover emotions and relationship dynamics that may otherwise go unnoticed. In our sessions, we’ll explore your inner world, reframe past experiences, and gain new insights with art.

In my work with teens, college students, and women, I offer genuine curiosity, humor when it fits, and encouragement through life’s challenges and successes. I approach therapy through an attachment lens, recognizing that no one escapes attachment injuries—they shape how we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through life. With awareness and healing, you can rewrite those beliefs and grow more secure in yourself and your relationships.

For those who want it, I can offer counseling from a Christian perspective, though I welcome individuals from all backgrounds. Your story is complex, shaped by countless experiences, and I am here to honor that. Whether it’s processing emotions or channeling anxiety into art, meaningful change often begins with simply being heard and seen.

If you would like to see if we’re a good fit, email katrina@pearlarttherapy.com to schedule a free 15 min consult call. When you’re ready to talk, I’ll be here to listen.
