Mental Health Therapist

Who I am as a human shapes who I am as a clinician and who I enjoy helping. I am a late-diagnosed Autistic person with ADHD. I identify as gender fluid and use she/they pronouns. I am white, queer, fat, and partially disabled, so I work to own both my privilege and my responsibility to unlearn my internalized biases, racism, and ableism.

My experience of being neurodivergent and queer was significantly impacted by being raised in a high-control evangelical church. I’ve been on my own therapeutic journey for the past 13 years since I left. I enjoy meeting clients anywhere in their journey around spirituality and identity with kindness and nonjudgmental curiosity.

My education and training include a B.S. in Psychology from Washington State University in 2010, a MA in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology in 2015, and two years of film school with certificates in Screenwriting and Directing at Langara College in 2022. My modalities are informed by Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, Lifespan Integration, and Internal Family Systems, among many others.

I am energized by working with the following populations: LGBTQIA+, ADHD, ASD, CPTSD, and Religious Trauma. I offer a neurodivergent affirming approach with a social model of disability. I work primarily with adults, but have a limited number of spots available for teens.

My goal as a clinician is to empower you to build and live the life you long for, knowing that you are good, loved, and free.

You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
For a hundred miles through the desert, repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
Love what it loves.
