Psychotherapist

As a clinician, I aim to be compassionate, insightful, and collaborative, guiding clients to develop a deeper understanding of themselves. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns with curiosity. By helping clients understand what shaped them and why they make certain choices, I empower them to make conscious decisions about how they want to grow and evolve. I aim to foster personal clarity, emotional resilience, and the ability to cultivate healthy, fulfilling relationships.

My therapeutic approach includes a variety of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and attachment-focused therapy, which I tailor to meet each client’s unique needs.

Outside of my work as a counselor, I love to spend time tending to my garden and indoor tropical plants, cherish time with my elderly pup, Paco, and enjoy being with family and friends. You can often find me playing tennis, bouldering, creating art, and reading everything I can about psychology and counseling, always eager to deepen my understanding of the field.
