Psychotherapist

I help individuals and couples navigate unresolved issues related to high-stress work environments, anxiety, burnout, difficult life transitions, trauma, perfectionism, and relational challenges. I offer a safe, supportive space for clients to explore who they are, identify what they need, and foster personal growth at their own pace.

As a former journalist turned tech marketer, I deeply understand the pressures of high-stress work environments and how they can fuel anxiety, stress, and fear, impacting life beyond the office. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to reassess what's working in their lives, what isn't, and what needs to change.

My approach to therapy is relational and psychodynamic, rooted in the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for creating psychological safety and fostering growth. As a cisgender white woman, I am mindful of how I show up in the room and how race, culture, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, socioeconomic status, and other identities shape my clients' lived experiences. I practice with curiosity, respect, and cultural humility.

I have completed the Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and incorporate techniques from ACT, somatics, psychodynamic therapy, IFS, CBT, and person-centered approaches into my practice. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Western Washington University.

I believe that every person who comes to therapy has a unique story to tell, and perhaps even a story they'd like to rewrite. I see my role as a therapist as someone who can meet you where you are and walk alongside you, wherever your journey may lead.
