Our Practitioner Collective
We believe the work of fostering whole person healing is a profound privilege.
Our collective is a network of trusted practitioners who walk with clients on their healing journeys with expertise, care, and grace.
We believe healing is for everyone. Many of our practitioners offer sliding scale and many accept insurance.
Our Sustainable Therapy program offers low cost, affordable mental health counseling for $50-90/session.
D. Michael Louderback, MA, LMHC
Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor
I’m a passionate, psychoanalytic psychotherapist and supervisor for over a decade who believes everything is relational and everything matters.
Maki Park, LMHCA
Psychotherapist
I value a collaborative, non-hierarchical approach to therapy that empowers clients to be in charge of their healing experience. I believe that an authentic and trusting relationship is the foundation for effective therapy, and I love to bring humor and other opportunities for connection into our shared space.
Erin Hartley, LMFT
Psychotherapist
I’m passionate about helping adults break negative patterns that keep them stuck - over-functioning, anxiety, depression, burnout, low self-esteem, shame and people-pleasing while building self-compassion and acquiring tools to make lasting, positive change. I offer holistic mental health counseling and therapy grounded in neuroscience and mindfulness. Central to my approach is a deep respect for wisdom we hold in our bodies while offering research proven and practical strategies. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and practice cultural, sexual, and gender-affirming care.
Daniel Rusco, LMHCA

Is change possible? What does healing look like? Can things really get better?
Matthew McDermott, LMHC
Psychotherapist
I believe that every person has the right to be treated with individual care. Because we are all unique, what works for one person may not work for the next. I like to approach helping you with a fresh lens every time, getting to know you, and finding which therapeutic approach to best help your situation.
Sydney Ardent, LMHCA
Psychotherapist
Hi there, I’m Sydney and I offer a gentle, yet direct approach to therapy regarding your experiences, thoughts, and feelings. Therapy with me will offer a place to have challenging conversations, understand your past, play with what the future might hold, and explore your wants and needs and how to meet them.
Michelle Jones, MA, LMHC

Are you a new mother who is juggling life with young kids? Are you just now coming up for air after the complex newborn months? Are you yearning to get reoriented?
Lynn Crothers, MA, LMHCA

I work with adults navigating a variety of issues, including chronic pain and chronic illness, complex trauma, issues of abuse, dissociative conditions, relationship challenges, and family of origin concerns.
Audrey Jensen LMHC, LCMHC, L-CASA
Psychotherapist
I understand therapy can be an old familiar friend to some or a new experience which can bring some anxiety and nervousness for others. Either way, if you are excited or nervous about therapy, I make sure our sessions are a safe place to express your thoughts and gain perspective around difficult life issues. My hope is for you to feel empowered to uncover your own sense of peace and wholeness and to know you do not have to do that alone.
Jireh Miller
Psychotherapist
I treasure the beauty and tenderly hold the pain that has brought you to this point.
Rebekah Vickery
Psychotherapist
Perhaps you feel lost, confused, or disconnected. Perhaps you no longer feel safe or welcome in places that once felt safe and welcoming.
Devin Bard

Devin's goal as a therapist is to support clients in making changes, big and small, to experience more joy and connection in life.
Angela Payne, LMHCA
Psychotherapist
I believe therapy works.
Life can absolutely get so much better. It can be hard to know how to ‘human’ when faced with the realities of our existence, but you don’t have to search for the answers alone.
