Throughout our lifespan we can find ourselves on a journey and propelled into a transformative experience while trying to navigate the world around us. I am a collaborative ally in exploring client's needs while remaining present to meet you with open curiosity and compassion.
Meghan Nash, MSW, LICSW

Hi! I am Meghan (she/her). I'm really glad you’re here. Too often, we put ourselves on the backburner. You choosing to invest in yourself is a huge first step and I am here to support you.
Hannah King, LMHCA, CRC

I would be honored to support you on your path towards healing. Together, we will discover effective coping mechanisms for dealing with life’s challenges, unpack internalized ableism, find meaning in your life, and work towards developing a stronger sense of self-compassion.
Breda Waite, LMHCA

I am a queer neurodivergent therapist who loves to work with people at the intersection of these identities (ADHD, ASD, LGBTQ+) and lived experiences (PTSD/CPTSD). I work to empower my clients to live the life that they long for.
Victoria Klein, AM, LICSW

Grief is a profoundly personal experience, and I believe in providing a compassionate, non-pathologizing space where you can explore and express your emotions freely.
Karyn Andriesen, MA, LMHC

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy! Your story, your context, and identities matter. My approach to therapy is strengths-based, client-centered, warm, and authentic. I work with adults 18+ and provide a positive space in which to explore your issues and therapy goals, so that you can engage in the healing process and make real change–all while experiencing more hope and satisfaction in life
Marilyn Napier, MAEd, LMHCA

I help individuals and couples navigate unresolved issues related to high-stress work environments, anxiety, burnout, difficult life transitions, trauma, perfectionism, and relational challenges. I offer a safe, supportive space for clients to explore who they are, identify what they need, and foster personal growth at their own pace.
Sarah Young, (LMFTA)

Hi there! Good for you for being here. I am committed to helping you step into your most authentic self in a safe, trauma-informed space. I am compassionately direct with a sense of humor, and I firmly believe that you are the expert on your own life and relationships.
Linda Brethorst, MA, LMHCA
Psychotherapist
I believe that each client is truly the expert on themselves and already holds wisdom within to heal. I see myself as a guide on the journey to bringing that wisdom to the surface to promote healing and a deeper knowing of oneself.
Heather Taft LMHCA, SUDP
Psychotherapist
I honor the inherent wisdom in each of us, and I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaboration between equals for the purpose of personal growth. I believe in each individual’s intrinsic value and that we are all worthy exactly as we are. My role as therapist encompasses that of a teacher, student, companion, witness, and guide. My approach is warm, genuine, and strengths-based.
Matthew Sorg, LMHCA
Psychotherapist
I work with LGBTQIA+ folks, male-identifying individuals, and couples grappling with trauma/PTSD, anxiety and depression, chronic illness, questions about identity, and attachment injuries.
